Signs of Wall Street Bear Market?
It amazes me how people like Carter Worth, Vince Farrell, and Barton Biggs are talking about some huge market rally. Isn't that the sign of more downside to go? It seems that the very act of them constantly saying the worst may be over means that it probably isn't.
Lifestyle Retrenchment for US Citizens I have recently had some experiences with citizens of Romania, Columbia, Russia and a few others, gotta love the www ;), and have come to truly realize how US citizens can not continue to live in a way that consumes so much of the world's resources. It's not sustainable and it is not morally valid. More in an article, today.
Priorities 24 hours in a day and how to spend them. INTP personalities often spend 23 hours analyzing the most effective way to spend the 24th, ;). My personal purge is on, again.
When All Else Fails, Punt Robert DeNiro played some fascinating characters in Ronin, The Heist, and Heat. I think DeNiro is a tactical thinker in real life, judging by how strong his is in those acting roles. If DeNiro had advice for the current economic situation of many US individuals, I think it'd be that you can't make lemonade with urine. All American citizens need to start thinking tactically and using rules that actually benefit their community. It's not socialism to understand and acept that you and your family re not alone in this nation or in this world. Like it or not, we have to learn how to live together without stealing from or mistreating each other.
